hello there! welcome to CAPLICO, my internet webhaven centered around all things neon! this site is for the rainbow-y part of my brain that sometimes activates itself and says, "i wanna make a website! NOW!!". basically, a contrast from my more pastel site, drizzle. also, this site will have tons of elements!! it's like my little decora place, named after my lolita palace! so, have fun! enjoy the website! there's no harm in it, after all. . .
